Fish'n Chips? Yes Please! I will admit this is generally not the first place people think to order fish'n chips, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed! After coming here a number of times for lunch and ordering the usual soup and sandwich I wanted to switch it up a bit and ordered the fish'n chips. I was astounded by what I received, a GIGANTIC 10"-12" walleye fillet with the "airy-est" crispy batter I have ever tasted! With the closest tie coming from the cheese curd batter using rice flour at the Golden Nugget Tavern in Minnetonka. The service here has been phenomenol and I am excited to go back. Keep up the good work AppleBee's!!!

I used to like going to Applebee's for the happy hour, but they changed it and so now it sucks. Happy hour used to mask the terrible food of Applebee's and now you'll pay more money for extremely low quality food and overpriced cheap beer.

Every time I have been there, they always, ALWAYS, screw up a dinner plate. Either it is not cooked properly, the proportions are wrong, the sides are cold, or the service stinks. They once screwed up cooking a kids CORN DOG, 3x!!!!! Also, don't bother asking for any special requests for your dinner: No onions, extra sauce, etc, as that wont happen...STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Applebee's used to be a great place to eat. Not anymore. 1. They took the Fajitas off the menu. 2. The Skillet Steak was overdone when I asked for it medium well. 3. It took forever to get the bill. Now I remember why I haven't been there in a while.

We always do carside to go. Tonight I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger I was worried that by the time I got home the bun would be soggy. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they put the lettuce on the bottom and when I got home the bun was perfect! It's a chain but a decent one for when you don't feel like cooking. Never had a bad meal from them.

About Applebee's
Applebee is an American full-service restaurant brand popularly known for its signature Riblets. Applebee was conceptualized in 1980 by Bill and TJ Palmer in Atlanta, Georgia. At first, the restaurant was named T.J. Applebee's RX for Edibles and Elixirs. After the concept was acquired by W.R. Grace and Company, the restaurant was renamed as Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. Later the company and the Applebee's concept changed hands with Abe Gustin and John Hamra who started the first Applebee's franchise restaurant in Kansas City.
Later in 2007, IHOP Corp. now known as DineEquity, Inc. acquired Applebee's and began their journey together to make Applebee's the world's largest full-service restaurant chain. Today, Applebee's serves at more than 1,830 locations worldwide. The Applebee's menu ranges from Appetizers and Salads to heavy meals consisting of ribs and steak.
